Investigation continues into shooting in Howard Thursday involving Police

Knox County-The Knox County Sheriff’s Office new K9 – Argo- and handler Rich have graduated from the K9 training school; Storm Dog Tactical, according to the Sheriff.  Argo and Deputy Rich Wise attended weeks of classroom and field training and graduated last week.
