   Resolutions to be Presented
2. Approve Contractor Agreement with Modern Builders, Inc., for the Knox County
   Sheriff’s Office Maintenance Building Project, in the amount of $267,880.00, and
   Authorize Jason Booth, County Administrator, as a Signing Agent for all documents
   related to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office Maintenance Building Project.
3. Rescind and Replace Resolution 2025-424 dated July 15, 2025, Support Letter for Heart
   of Ohio Trail Board Authorization to the Village of Centerburg.
4. Approve Utility Permit Application from Ohio Cumberland Gas Company for 17959 and
   17932 Murray Road in Pleasant Township.
5. Approve Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Rural Transit Program – SFY2026
   Grant Program Year – Subaward Grant Agreement for Knox County Transit, in the
   amount of $1,185,038 in Federal Funds and $368,000 in State Funds.
6. Approve Contract to Provide GIS Consulting Services from Bruce Harris and Associates
   for the Knox County Auditor’s Office. The total contract amount not to exceed
   $5,000.00.
