Public Hearing in Mount Vernon Postponed

The Mount Vernon City Council has postponed a Public Hearing to Tuesday, June 24,
2024 at 6:45 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon,
Ohio for the purpose of hearing public comment considering a rezoning proposal from
Clint M. Huhra of Arista Villas Mount Vernon LLC for parcel #66-07961.000 located at
0 Vernonview Drive from R-1 (Single Family District) to PND (Planned Neighborhood
District). The Public Hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 6:45
p.m. Materials related to the proposal are on file with the Clerk of Council, 40 Public
Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.
