1. Approve Star Ohio Bank Statement for General Fund Interest Earned in May 2024, in the
   amount of $14,011.34.
2. Approve Star Ohio Bank Statement for Program Income Fund Interest Earned in May
   2024, in the amount of $2.48.
3. Approve Knox County Treasurer Depository and Investment Income Report for May
   2024, in the amount of $110,498.31.
4. Rescind and Replace Resolution 2024-362 dated May 7, 2024, Cooperative Agreement
   between Morrow County Development Authority and Knox County Board of
   Commissioners, for the purpose of issuing its capital lease development revenue bonds in
   several series, to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement and
   equipping of various facilities in the County.
5. Approve Third Party Authorization Acceptance of Payoff Funds for the Knox County
   Prosecutor Copier with MT Business Tech and Modern Office Methods.
6. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 5 from V.O. Menuez & Son, Inc., for
   the Krause Road Bridge Replacement (KNO-TR 112-0.36) in the amount of
   $133,813.88.
7. Approve Bill of Sale/Invoice for Stoops Western Star of Ohio for Knox County Engineer
   Purchase of Two (2) 2025 Western Star 47X Trucks in the amount of $281,644.00.
8. Approve School Resource Officer Contract between the Knox County Sheriff’s Office
   and East Knox Local School District.
9. Approve Amendment to the Contract between Knox County Department of Job and
   Family Services and Forensic Fluids Laboratories, Inc.

    Services – Ohio Means Jobs and Elite Transport Group for Curb-To-Curb Transportation
    for Eligible Participants in Youth Programs.
11. Approve Contractor Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family
    Services and Angela Ward for Ohio Means Jobs Summer Youth Job Coach Position.
12. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between Knox County Family and Children
    First Council and Knox Public Health regarding the contracted Family Team Support
    Coordinator Position.
13. Approve Office of Community Development – 2023 Critical Infrastructure Amended
    Scope of Work and Budget for the Village of Martinsburg Water Facility Improvements
    (Grant #B-X-23-1BM-1).
14. Approve Office of Community Development – 2022 Community Development Program –
    Amended Scope of Work and Budget for the Village of Brinkhaven Sidewalk
    Improvement Project (Grant #B-F-22-1BM-1).
15. Approve Application for PY2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Grant
