Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival @ Downtown Bucyrus

Festivities include the crowning of Bratwurst Royalty, daily parades, eating contests, and a stein auction. We round out the festivities with continuous free entertainment, craft and art show, rides, games, beer gardens, and most of all – our friendship and hospitality.

The Castle Classic Cruise In @ Landoll's Mohican Castle

Join us for our monthly classic cruise in on the 3rd Thursday of every month May-October, 5:30PM-8:30PM.
Whether you have a vehicle to show off or you are coming to see some beautiful machines, everyone is welcome.
Any era car, truck, or motorcycle is welcome to register for free.
Awards will be presented to winners in this judged event.
Please register by emailing jimmy@landollsmohicancastle.com with your name, vehicle year, make, and model. You will also receive a $15 gift certificate good towards a meal (dine in or carry out) on the night of the event and a discount on a room either the night of, night before or both. Arrive as early as you would like to get the best parking spots. If rained out, the event will be held on the following Thursday.

History of Ohio Animals @ Brown Family Environmental Center

Stockhands Veterans Night @ Stockhands Horses For Healing

Mount Vernon Farmers Market @ Downtown Mount Vernon

One of Mount Vernon’s most popular
downtown activities resumes next month. The 2021 Mount Vernon
Farmers Market begins Saturday, May 1, on the Public Square from
9 a.m. to noon. The market will feature vendors offering locally
grown fruits and vegetables, fresh local honey, baked goods,
homemade candy, maple syrup, goat milk soap and more.
Shoppers aged 60 and older can receive vouchers on market days from the Knox County Task Force for
Older Adults. Seniors who reside in Knox County will be eligible to sign up on the square to receive
tokens to use at the market for fresh produce, herbs, and honey. Other incentive programs offered at
the market this year will include SNAP, Produce Perks, and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
(SFMNP). Stop by the market information booth for details on these incentive programs.
COVID-19 protocols will continue this year until further notice. All vendors will wear masks during the
market and shoppers are strongly encouraged to wear masks as well. Hand sanitizer will be available
throughout the market. Shoppers will be encouraged to keep social distance while selecting their items.
Parking will be available around the square and in nearby lots.
