The Ironman 70.3 Ohio is a Triathlon race in Delaware, Ohio consisting of a Half Ironman.
A Quintessential Midwest Race
Delaware, Ohio offers athletes looking or a low-key event the perfect mix of urban amenities and rural Midwestern charm. After completing 70.3 scenic miles, athletes will love the heartfelt spectator support that makes this one-of-a-kind finish in Selby Stadium memorable year after year.
The swim course is a triangular shape swim that will start and finish on the shores of Delaware State Parks Beach. Athletes will swim in a clockwise motion with right-hand turns. This is a reservoir and water temperatures change throughout the year. This will be a rolling start swim where athletes will self-seed based on your approximate and appropriate swim times.
