The Experience will allow guests to get up close to the DeLorean Time Machine on the Hill Valley move set, from the beloved film trilogy Back To The Future. Guests will have the opportunity to walk the set, see the DeLorean Time Machine up close, and even sit in the driver’s seat for pictures and video! Local artists created several nostalgic murals inside the experience space that will make you feel like you are back in time!

Fresh Produce will be given away. It is usually about 40 – 50 lbs. Drive in (only) the Walnut St. drive and park as directed. You may attend if you live in Central Ohio. You must have a photo ID. You may only pick up for one other family with a note that says that. Make sure you have room for several boxes in your vehicle. Please wear a mask if you are able to. Our volunteers will wear masks and gloves for your protection. They will load your car. Exit (only) out the Marion St. Drive. You may call our voice mail to make a reservation at 1-419-408-4201, or message on the CCFP page. This is not required but will make the registration process go quickly

Because this race was new to the Healthy New Albany racing schedule, we decided not to have it virtual as a first-time event. The race has been rescheduled to coincide with the activities on New Albany Founders Day Saturday, May 15, 2021. The New Albany Founders Day celebration is a tradition the city has observed since 1976

Mount Vernon Farmers Market @ Downtown Mount Vernon

One of Mount Vernon’s most popular
downtown activities resumes next month. The 2021 Mount Vernon
Farmers Market begins Saturday, May 1, on the Public Square from
9 a.m. to noon. The market will feature vendors offering locally
grown fruits and vegetables, fresh local honey, baked goods,
homemade candy, maple syrup, goat milk soap and more.
Shoppers aged 60 and older can receive vouchers on market days from the Knox County Task Force for
Older Adults. Seniors who reside in Knox County will be eligible to sign up on the square to receive
tokens to use at the market for fresh produce, herbs, and honey. Other incentive programs offered at
the market this year will include SNAP, Produce Perks, and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program
(SFMNP). Stop by the market information booth for details on these incentive programs.
COVID-19 protocols will continue this year until further notice. All vendors will wear masks during the
market and shoppers are strongly encouraged to wear masks as well. Hand sanitizer will be available
throughout the market. Shoppers will be encouraged to keep social distance while selecting their items.
Parking will be available around the square and in nearby lots.
