4. Approve Resolution Requesting The Ohio Department of Development to Solicit
   Applications from Broadband Providers for Ohio Residential Broadband Expansion
   Grant Programs for Eligible Projects in the Municipal Corporations and Townships of
   Knox County, Ohio.
5. Approve Professional Services Agreement for Fixed Route Transit Planning Services for
   Knox Area Transit with RLS & Associates, Inc.
6. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Earlywine Road between
   New Guilford and McKee Roads in Jackson Township.
   Approval of Transfer of Funds, Supplemental Appropriations and Bills
