Resolutions to be Presented

1. Approve Cooperative Agreement between Morrow County Development Authority and
   Knox County Board of Commissioners for the purpose of issuing its capital lease
   development revenue bonds in several series, to finance the costs of the acquisition,
   construction, improvement and equipping of various facilities in the County.
2. Award Bids for the Knox County Unneeded Personal Property to various individuals
   with the highest bid.
3. Authorize The Knox County Administrator to dispose and/or salvage obsolete Knox
   County Unneeded Personal Property.
4. Levying Maintenance, Repair and Operation Assessments with Respect to Sewer
   Facilities in the Little Jelloway Area of the Knox County Sewer District at the rate of
   $10.00 for the year 2025.
5. Levying Maintenance, Repair and Operation Assessments with Respect to Water
   Facilities in the Little Jelloway Area of the Knox County Sewer District at the rate of
   $9.00 for the year 2025.
6. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification DBA Energy Cooperative for
   Danville Amity Road (East of Skyline Road to Sapp Run Road) in Brown Township.
7. Approve Back To School Supplies Voucher Program – Knox County PRC-TANF
   Subgrant Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family Services and
   Interchurch Social Services.
8. Approve Document Management Agreement between the Knox County Prosecutor and
   Modern Office Methods for Lease of Copier Machine.
9. Approve Star Ohio Bank Statement for General Fund Interest Earned in April 2024.
