Centerburg Man Pleads Not Guilty following Barricade Situation Sunday

A Centerburg Man has pled not guilty to a charge of obstructing official business after barricading himself inside his home in Centerburg on Sunday. The incident happened Sunday evening when 37 year old Timothy McClary reportedly barricaded himself his home on 100 West Main Street in Centerburg.

McClary did the same thing in June and is facing charges of obstructing official business, criminal damaging/endangering and disorderly conduct.

McClary also served time in 2014 for aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
