As we age, our balance naturally begins to diminish. Exercise can help us maintain, improve, and even prevent balance loss. Join us as we work to improve posture, increase muscular strength, improve agility and coordination, and increase self-confidence.

For Fifteen years, Top professional mountain bikers that have included Tinker Juarez,  Chris Eatough, Jeff Schalk, Floyd Landis, Jeremiah Bishop, Amanda Carey and Lico Ramirez have chosen Mohican. Ride across three counties along a single loop, climb more than 11,000 feet along a course that is 60% single track, and go toe to toe with the top pros on this legendary ultra-endurance loop in Northeastern Ohio. The Mohican 100 features both a 100 mile and a 100 kilometer option with seven fully stocked aid stations.

Location: Race begins in downtown Loudonville, Ohio. Finish at Mohican Adventures located one mile from downtown.

Stream Exploration @ Mohican State Park

Wading Wednesday at Mohican State Park.  Become a Stream Sleuth at this family friendly event.  Can you find the macroinvertebrates—small animals like crayfish, insect larvae, and snails that indicate clean water?  Staff from the Ohio Scenic Rivers Program will show you how.

Location:

Mohican State Park Campground, 3116 State Route 3, Loudonville. Before passing the campground entrance building, turn left and proceed to river access across from shelter house A.
