Snouffer Wins Women’s Field Athlete of the Week from Crossroads League

JACKSON, Mich. – Lyssi Snouffer of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University women’s indoor track and field team took home her first honor of the season on Monday, January 15.

After hitting the NAIA A Standard in high jump at the CapFam Alumni Classic, hosted by Capital University on Saturday, January 13, Snouffer was named as the Women’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week by the Crossroads League.

Snouffer placed first in the event and set a new school record with a mark of 1.68 meters. Snouffer will now be going to the 2024 NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships on February 29-March 2 in Brookings, South Dakota.
