Snouffer Named to CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team

AUSTIN, Texas. —  Lyssi Snouffer of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University women’s volleyball team added one last accolade to her collection following the 2024 season on Tuesday, January 14.

After being named as a Crossroads League First Team member and landing a spot on the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team, the NAIA All-American was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team after a great season on the court and in the classroom.

The Exercise Science major from Delaware, Ohio sported a 3.55 GPA in her senior season. Snouffer led the Crossroads League in kills per set (4.58) and total kills (577). The total kills for Snouffer ranked her third overall in the entire nation.

Defensively, Snouffer also impacted the game for the Lady Cougars, averaging 3.66 digs per set.
