East Knox is coming off a 42-0 loss to Northmor but they have some serious weapons on offense and defense. Quarterback Jaxon Lester is third is the KMAC in passing yards with 909 and has thrown for 5 touchdowns. The Bulldogs also have the league’s leading rusher with Blake Elliott. Elliott averages 6.4 yards per carry against defenses keying in on stopping him. Elliott has 1044 yards on the ground and 8 rushing scores. He’s also second in the conference on defense with 95 tackles.

This game Friday could see a lot of rushing attempts as the Freddies like to run the football but like East Knox they have the capability to throw it as well. Quarterback Blake Sipes has thrown for 704 yards with 5 touchdowns but also 7 picks. Sipes is third in the league in rushing with 988 yards on the ground and leads the league in rushing touchdowns with 12. Elijah Roush has run for over 500 yards and 3 touchdowns for the Freddies. Roush is also second on the Freddies on defense with 67 tackles.

5-2 (3-1 KMAC) Centerburg at Danville 5-2 (3-1 KMAC) (LIVE STREAMING ON WMVO FACEBOOK PAGE)

Another crucial KMAC game is set to take place in Danville Tonight as the Centerburg Trojans play at Danville against the Blue Devils. It is very hard to win at Danville as the Blue Devils have yet to lose at home this season and haven’t lost a home game since October 7th 2022 against… The Centerburg Trojans.

Centerburg Quarterback Blane Ball is second in the conference with 15 touchdown passes to go with 1,125 yards through the air. Miles Marshall is the Trojans top rushing threat with 10 rushing scores and 678 yards on the ground, he averages 8.8 yards per carry which is tops in the KMAC. Trevin Harris and Chris Marshall each have 4 touchdown catches on the season.

The Blue Devils also got a great performance last week from freshman Cyren Wallace ran for 102 yards on 8 carries and tallied 3 touchdowns In a win last week over Cardington.
