CLEVELAND — After leading the Kenyon College Owls through a dual meet against NCAA Division I Miami (OH) University on Saturday, sophomore Djordje Dragojlovic was named, on Monday, the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) men’s swimming and diving Athlete of the Week.
Against the RedHawks, Dragojlovic swam in four events and came out victorious in three of them. The first of those wins came in the meet-opening 200-yard medley relay. Dragojlovic swam the freestyle leg of that race and got his team to the wall in a winning time of 1:28.47.
He then competed in two individual events, winning the 100-yard freestyle in 44.01 and taking the runner-up spot in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 48.54. Both of those times were his season best.
Finally, Dragojlovic wrapped up the meet by swimming leadoff on the Owls winning 400-yard freestyle relay team, which turned in a time of 2:58.96.
