Street sweeping to happen in Mount Vernon

The following is a list of city streets to be swept. The Street Department is asking for cooperation from
residents in having their automobiles moved on the day their street is scheduled for sweeping. Next week’s
schedule is as follows:

Monday – May 5

Laurelwood Dr., Laurel Ct., Laurel Valley Dr., Laurel Hill Ct., Fox Chase Dr., and Deer Run
Ct
Tuesday –May 6

Madison Ave., Belmont Ave., Cottage Street, West Street, and Mechanic Street

Wednesday – May 7

Bond Street, Sychar Road, South Edgewood Road, and Mount Vernon Avenue

Thursday – May 8

Eastwood Drive, Yauger Road, Upper Gilchrist Road, Venture Drive, Teryl Drive

Friday – May 9

Pittsburgh Road (Columbus Road to 6th Ave.), Pennsylvania Avenue, and Commerce Drive
