WMVO Good Times Great Oldies
On December 9, 2025, at approximately 6:16 p.m., the Knox County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an injured person at a residence on King Road in Howard, Ohio. Deputies responded and discovered the individual was deceased from apparent stab wounds.
Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit, with assistance from the Knox County Coroner’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), conducted an on-scene investigation. The victim’s identity is being withheld at this time to protect family privacy.
A juvenile located at the residence was arrested on a charge of murder and transported to the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Center.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation, and no additional details are available at this time. Authorities have determined this was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the surrounding community.
