2023 at 6:45 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon,
Ohio for the purpose of hearing public comment considering a rezoning proposal from
Casey’s Way LLC for parcel #71-00050.000 located at 0 Upper Gilchrist Road from R-1
(Single Family District) to PND (Planned Neighborhood District). Materials related to the
proposal are on file with the Clerk of Council, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for
public inspection.
