R ESOLUTION NO. 202 4 – 6 9

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Safety-Service Director of the City of
Mount Vernon, Ohio to enter into contract with Civil and Environmental Consultants,
Inc. for design of a west end sanitary sewer replacement project; and declaring an
emergency.
