The Mount Vernon City Council will have a special meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday,
September 29, 2025, in Mount Vernon City Hall, 400 Public Square, Mount Vernon,
Ohio, for the limited purpose of considering the following legislation – Resolution No.
2025-93, to enter into the City of Mount Vernon governmental aggregation program
participation agreement for the City; Resolution No. 2025-96, to pay bills pursuant to
Section 5705.41(D), Then and Now Certification; Resolution No. 2025-99, to authorize
amendments to the City’s electric aggregation plan of operation and governance; and
Resolution No. 2025-100, to enter into contract with Road to Finish LLC.

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Safety-Service Director to prepare and
submit a co-application, with Clinton Township, to the Ohio Public Works
Commission Capital Improvement Program as part of a joint partnership agreement
between the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio and Clinton Township, Knox County, Ohio
for funding for the Crystal Avenue water main extension project.
