The following legislation was passed by Mount Vernon City Council on September 8, 2025,
signed by Bruce Hawkins, President of Council, approved by Matthew Starr, Mayor, and
attested by Zachary Sherman, Clerk of Council. The legislation is on file with the Clerk of
Council, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.
RESOLUTION NO. 2025 – 8 0

A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to advertise for bids and enter
into contract for the demolition of buildings related to the relocation of State Route 13
to South Sandusky Street Project; and declaring an emergency.
RESOLUTION NO. 2025 – 8 7

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Safety-Service Director to renew contracts
with the Ohio Department of Transportation for snow and ice removal and control
and maintenance and repair on state highways within and contiguous to the City; and
declaring an emergency.
