Mount Vernon City Council Cancels Public Hearing

The Mount Vernon City Council has CANCELED a Public Hearing scheduled for
Monday, February 24, 2025 at 6:55 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 40 Public
Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing was to hear public
comment considering a rezoning proposal submitted by the City Development Services
Manager for review by the Municipal Planning Commission for a recommendation to
City Council for parcels #66-05624.000. #66-05627.000, #66-05628.000 and #66-
05629.000, also known as 0 South Main Street, from R-1A (Core Residential District) to
R-3 (Attached Residential District). A new public hearing on the matter will be scheduled
at a later date, and notification will go out at that time.
