A Resolution authorizing and directing the Auditor of the City of Mount Vernon to
transfer certain funds.

RESOLUTION NO. 20 2 4 – 1 0 8

A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to accept the donation of smoke
alarms from Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Store 1765; and declaring an emergency.

A Resolution confirming the Mayor’s appointment of Samara Davis to the Shade
Tree and Beautification Commission for a three (3) year term; and declaring an

Avenue water main extension project; and declaring an emergency.

submit and application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC)
Natural Resources Assistance Council (NRAC) for funding of walking trails in the
Blackjack wetland.

(www.mountvernonohio.org), the City’s Facebook account, and has been distributed to local
media in Knox County, Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio as a news release.

A Resolution confirming the Mayor’s re-appointment of Samantha Ramsier as a
regular member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, and confirming the Mayor’s
appointment of Chris O’Quin as an alternate member of the Board of Zoning
Appeals; and declaring an emergency.
