signed by Bruce Hawkins, President of Council, approved by Matthew Starr, Mayor, attested
by Todd Hill, Clerk of Council. The legislation is on file with the Clerk of Council, 40 Public

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Auditor of the City of Mount Vernon to
transfer certain funds.

RESOLUTION NO. 20 2 4 – 1 0 8

A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to accept the donation of smoke
alarms from Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Store 1765; and declaring an emergency.

media in Knox County, Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio as a news release.
