attested by Zachary Sherman, Clerk of Council. The legislation is on file with the Clerk of
Council, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.
RESOLUTION NO. 2025 – 1 0 7
A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to enter into a qualifications-
based contract with Pizzuti Solutions LLC for owner’s representative services related
to the construction of new municipal buildings; and declaring an emergency.

A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to advertise for bids and enter
into contract for the aquatic features reconditioning and restoration project at
Hiawatha Water Park; and declaring an emergency.

An Ordinance to approve, adopt and enact the August 2025 replacement pages to the
Codified Ordinances; to repeal ordinances in conflict therewith; to publish the
