R ESOLUTION NO. 202 4 – 1 1 7

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Safety-Service Director of the City of
Mount Vernon, Ohio to enter into contract with Top Flight Real Estate LLC to lease
the property with the street addresses of 9 and 9.5 East High Street; and declaring an
emergency.

transfer certain funds.
