The following legislation was passed by Mount Vernon City Council on August 26, 2024,
signed by Bruce Hawkins, President of Council, approved by Matthew Starr, Mayor, attested
by Todd Hill, Clerk of Council. The legislation is on file with the Clerk of Council, 40 Public
Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.

R ESOLUTION NO. 202 4 – 8 1

A Resolution accepting the recommendations of the 2024 Knox County Tax Incentive
Review Council concerning parcels of commercial real property in the City of Mount
Vernon receiving tax exemptions for purposes of economic development; and
declaring an emergency.

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Auditor of the City of Mount Vernon to
make supplemental appropriations.
