Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for public inspection.

R ESOLUTION NO. 202 4 – 0 2

A Resolution authorizing the Safety-Service Director to apply for, accept and enter
into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) agreement on behalf of the City
of Mount Vernon for planning, design and/or construction of wastewater facilities;
designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan; and declaring an emergency.
