Knox County Property Taxes sent out to Homeowners

Knox County Treasurer, Shelley Coon, reminds property owners real estate property taxes are due on
Friday, February 17, 2023.

Payments may be made in the Treasurer’s Office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The
office will be closed Monday, January 16 th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.
Credit card payments can be made on line through the treasurer’s site at www.co.knox.oh.us . There is
a fee charged by the third party processor.

Park National Bank branches within Knox County will collect taxes through the due date, as long as you
provide your statement for payment. Park National will no longer provide this service as of April 1,
2023.

Mailed payments must be postmarked at the Post Office no later than February 17 th to avoid a penalty.
Property owners are responsible for paying their taxes even if a statement is not received. Contact the
