1. Appoint the President of the Board of Knox County Commissioners for the year 2025.
2. Appoint the Vice President of the Board of Knox County Commissioners for the year
   2025.
3. Appoint Commissioners to Various Committees for the year 2025.
4. Designate the Official Representative and Alternate for Voting Purposes at the Annual
   County Commissioners Association of Ohio Meeting (CCAO) for the year 2025.
5. Approve the Delegating Authority to the County Administrator for Certain
   Administrative Matters.
6. Authorize Jason Booth, County Administrator, to Delegate Approval to Robin Santo,
   Budget Analyst, in his absence, for Certain Administrative Matters.
7. Reappoint Penny Doyle, as the Clerk/Executive Assistant for the Knox County Board of
   Commissioners for the year 2025.
8. Reappoint Robin Santo, as Deputy Clerk for the Knox County Board of Commissioners
   for the year 2025.
9. Appoint Courtney Lower, Director of Knox County Human Resources, as the
   Coordinator for the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) for Knox County for the
   year 2025.
10. Reappoint Courtney Lower, Director of Knox County Human Resources, as the Equal
    Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer for Knox County for the year 2025.
11. Reappoint Andrew Champlin, IT Communications Coordinator, as the Public
    Information Officer for Knox County for the year 2025.

12. Reappoint Eric Simpson as the Knox County Apiary Inspector for the year 2025.
13. Assign Authority to William “Scott” Boone, Knox County Department of Job and Family
    Services Director, to act as the Knox County Board of Commissioners’ Designee for
    Approving Inter-County Adjustments of Allocated Funds for the year 2025.
14. Approve the Updated County Risk Sharing Authority (CORSA) Schedule of Individuals
    Utilizing Employee Dishonesty Coverage in Lieu of a Surety Bond.
15. Approve the Ohio Development Services Agency – Office of Community Development
    OCEAN Contact Information Form and Security Role Assignment Form.
16. Approve Advertisement of Public Notice in the Mount Vernon News for Meeting Dates
    for the Knox County Board of Commissioners for the year 2025.
17. Approve the Opposition of the Board of Commissioners of Knox County, Ohio, to the
    application of Frasier Solar, LLC, for the development of a Solar-Powered Electric
    Generating Facility in Knox County, Ohio.
18. Approve Advertisement of Public Notice in the Mount Vernon News for a Public
    Meeting to discuss a resolution to restrict solar facilities and wind farms in the
    unincorporated areas of Knox County.
19. Approve Non-General Fund Operating Budget for the year 2025.
20. Approve Proposal from Bennett and Williams Environmental Consultants, Inc., for the
    Post-Closure Care at the Knox County Landfill for the First Half of Calendar Year 2025.
21. Approve Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Modern Office Methods for the Knox
    County Transit Copiers.
22. Approve Knox County Treasurer Depository and Investment Income Report for
    December 2024, in the amount of $151,047.60, including the General Fund Interest
    Income of $12,901.38. The Program Income Fund Interest Earned is $2.21 for December
    2024.
23. Approve Support Letter for Knox County Park District – Knox County Chapter of the
    Ohio Horseman’s Council Small Grant Proposal.
