Resolutions to be Presented

  1. Approve Petition for Annexation, Expedited Type 1, from Wayne Township to the
    Village of Fredericktown, Ohio. Parcel #64-00341.000 – 89.41 acres – Adam Landon,
    Agent, for Audrey Cameron Living Trust, 0 Pinkley Road, Fredericktown, Ohio 43014.
  2. Approve Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) and State Victims Assistance Act (SVAA)
    Grant Renewal Application for the Knox County Prosecutor’s Office – Victim Assistance
    Program.
  3. Authorize the Knox County Sheriff to Dispose of Obsolete and Surplus Property
    (Detection K9).
  4. Approve Contract Renewal Maintenance Agreement with Buckeye Power Sales for the
    Knox County Jail Generator.
  5. Approve Community Corrections Grant Agreement with the Ohio Department of
    Rehabilitation and Correction for the Knox County Common Pleas Court including
    Community Corrections Act 2.0 Grant $387,790.00, Targeted Community Alternatives
    to Prison Grant $362,562.00, and Probation Services Grant $172,050.00.
  6. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Knox County Department of
    Job and Family Services – Family and Children First Council and Knox Public Health for
    the Family Team Support Coordinator Position.
  7. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $1,773.75 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY25 FCFC IV-B Part 1, Fund 3270, (Budget Reference
    KIDCAF41/Grant KIDCCW24) to the Knox County Family and Children First Council
    (FCFC), for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
  8. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $591.25 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY25 FCFC IV-B Part 1, Fund 2320, (Budget Reference
    KIDCAF41/Grant KIDSSF25) to the Knox County Family and Children First Council
    (FCFC), for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
