5. Approve Personnel Policy Update Regarding Employee Identification and Security
   Access.
6. Authorize Participation in the Ohio Local Agricultural Easement Purchase Program
   (LAEPP) for Timothy J. Smith, 14778 Crooked Street, Mount Vernon, OH 43050,
   Morris Township, Parcel #54-00479.000 – 56.32 acres and Parcel #54-00479.001 –
