Resolutions to be Presented

  1. Rescind Resolution 2025-555 dated September 11, 2025, Approve Knox County Offices
    to Close for Holidays.
  2. Approve Knox County Administrative Closing Days.
  3. Approve Equipment Rental Contract with Southeastern Equipment Company for the
    Knox County Engineer’s rental of a 2025 Bomag Pneumatic Tired Roller.
  4. Approve the Adoption of the Knox County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
  5. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Knox County Department
    of Job and Family Services and Knox County Family and Children First Council, to
    define the priorities and funding to support the needs of children enrolled in the Family
    and Children First Council for multi-system youth program services.
  6. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, (KCDJFS) to transfer
    SFY26 Community and Protective Services Funds (Grant JFSFSF26), in an amount not
    to exceed $78,240.00, from Public Assistance (PA) to Knox County Child Support
    Enforcement Agency (CSEA).
  7. Approve Advertisement in the Mount Vernon News for a Legal Notice – Invitation to Bid
    for the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services Consumable Office
