1. Human Resources Monthly Update Report for August 2025

2. Approve the Updated County Risk Sharing Authority (CORSA) Schedule of Individuals
   Utilizing Employee Dishonesty Coverage in Lieu of a Surety Bond.
3. Approve Change Order No. 4 from KN Excavation for the CDBG Village of Martinsburg
   Water System Improvement Project – Phase II, in the amount of $13,420.23 (increase)
   due to adjustments of all quantities to reflect final quantities/installs.
4. Acknowledge the Knox County Tax Incentive Review Council’s (TIRC) Annual Review
   of an Existing Agreement concerning a parcel of Commercial Real Property in Liberty
   Township Receiving a Tax Exemption for Purposes of Economic Development
   (Columbia Gas of Ohio – NiSource).
5. Accept the Knox County Tax Incentive Review Council’s (TIRC) Annual Review of an
   Existing Agreement concerning a parcel of Commercial Real Property in Wayne
   Township Receiving a Tax Exemption for Purposes of Economic Development (FT
   Precision).
6. Approve Certification for Collection of Delinquent Water and Wastewater Accounts to
   the Knox County Auditor for Placement Upon Property Taxes.
7. Approve School Resource Officer Contract with Centerburg Local School District for the
   2025/2026 School Year.
8. Approve Ohio Department of Children and Youth Grant Agreement between Knox
   County Department of Job and Family Services and Knox County Board of
   Developmental Disabilities for Early Intervention Service Coordination, in the amount of
   $163,026.00.
