1. Approve the Establishment of a Capital Project Fund – Board of Elections (BOE) –
   Equipment/Voting Machines.
2. Approve Satisfaction of Mortgage from the CHIP Program for Joyce E. Smith, 6630
   Perry Road, Centerburg, OH 43011, Parcel #42-00609.001.
3. Approve Amendment to the Knox County Community Development Block Grant
   (CDBG) Contract with CDC of Ohio, Inc., for the Administration of PY 2022
   Residential Public Infrastructure Program (additional administration fees of $783.55).
4. Rescind and Replace Resolution 2024-791 dated November 19, 2024, State of Ohio –
   Office of Community Development – Request for Payment Draw No. 9 for CDBG
   Brinkhaven Sidewalk Project (to Martinsburg Water System Improvement Project), in
   the amount of $9,800.00 (Grant #B-F-22-1BM-1).
5. Approve Services Agreement with NEOGOV for Software and Subscription Services.
6. Approve Change Order No. 2 from Beck Electric Company for the Knox County
   Engineer Generator Project (decrease of $3,231.84 for unused allowance funds).
7. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 4 from Rietschlin Construction, Inc.,
   for the Beckley Road Bridge Replacement Project (KNO-TR401-01.35), in the amount of
   $631,461.14.
8. Approve Contractor Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family
   Services and Speak Write for Transcription Services, in the amount of $15,000.00.
