1. Approve Addendum to the Subgrant Agreement between the Board of Commissioners,
   Knox County, Ohio, and the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc., for an
   additional grant award.
2. Approve Master Service Agreement with Fahlgren Mortine under which The Shipyard,
   LLC, will provide various advertising and marketing services for Knox Area Transit.
3. Approve the Bid Award for the CDBG Village of Martinsburg Water System
   Improvements Project – Phase II – Contract A to KN Excavation in the amount of
   $351,065.40.
4. Approve the Bid Award for the CDBG Village of Martinsburg Water System
   Improvements Project – Phase II – Contract B to Jamison Well Drilling, Inc., in the
   amount of $71,140.00.
5. Approve Lease Agreement with the Howard Youth League for property known as the
   Howard Memorial Ball Fields located on Pipesville Road, Howard, Ohio.
6. Approve the Retail Purchase Agreement (Buyers Order) from R. Dublin Chevrolet
   Acquisition LLC, for the Knox County Engineer’s 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, in the
   amount of $67,469.00.
7. Approve Auction Contract with Jagger Auctioneers for the Knox County Engineer’s
   Office.
   Approval of Transfer of Funds, Supplemental Appropriations and Bills
