Resolutions to be Presented

1. Approve the County Employee Benefit Consortium of Ohio, Inc., (CEBCO) Renewal
   Rate Acceptance for 2026.
2. Approve the Knox County PY2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
   Contract with CDC of Ohio, Inc., for the Administration of the PY2025 CDBG Critical
   Infrastructure Program for the Village of Danville, Ohio.
3. Approve Petition for Regular Annexation of 0.5324 acres from Union Township to the
   Village of Danville, Ohio, Jeremy R. Abrams, Attorney at Law, Kidwell and
   Cunningham, Ltd., Agent. Parcel 60-00637.000 (0.46 acres) and Parcel #60-00789.001
   (0.11 acres) – Kevin and Kathy Byers, 103 Richards Street, Danville, Ohio 43014.
4. Authorize Penny Doyle, Clerk/Executive Assistant, for the Knox County Board of
   Commissioners, to complete the Ohio Division of Unclaimed Funds online forms on
   behalf of the Knox County Offices.
5. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 1 from Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc.,
   for Mishey Road Resurfacing, in the amount of $522,559.50.
6. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 3 from Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc.,
   for Annual Resurfacing 2025, in the amount of $917,134.06.
7. Approve Utility Permit from Brightspeed submitted by Butler America for 4025 Mink
   Street in Milford Township.
8. Approve Memorandum of Understanding between the Knox County Department of Job
   and Family Services and I Am Boundless for the care coordination and service of the
   Ohio Rise Program.
