1. Approve Request for Payment – Draw from State of Ohio – Office of Community
   Development for CDBG Buckeye Addition Waterline Extension Improvement Project in
   the amount of $320,161 and Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 1 (Grant Number
   B-W-22-1BM-1 – City of Mount Vernon and Driven Excavating, LLC)
2. Approve Current Agriculture Use Valuation Renewal Application for 3 Parcels of
   County Owned Land.
3. Approve Service Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family
   Services (KCDJFS) and Knox County Board of Developmental Disabilities (KCBDD)
   and Indiana Developmental Training Center of Lafayette LLC dba T.C. Harris School for
   residential care for youth in placement of care.
4. Approve Confidential Destruction Agreement between Knox County Public Defender’s
   Office and Ohio Mobile Shredding.
5. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 2 from Crawford Construction
   Company, Inc., for the Coffing Road Bridge Replacement Project in the amount of
   $355,826.42.
