1. Approve Salt Brine Application for Small’s Sand and Gravel, Inc., for a Chief’s Order
   from Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
2. Approve State of Ohio Department of Development – Office of Community
   Development – Request for Release of Funds (RROF) and Certification for Federally
   Funded State Projects for Knox County Critical Infrastructure Grant for the Village of
   Martinsburg (CDBG Grant #B-X-23-1BM-1 – $470,000.00).
3. Proclamation Designating Friday, December 8, 2023, as Food For The Hungry Day in
   Knox County, Ohio.
4. Approve to move funds of $12,959.97 from Fund 701 – Self Insurance Fund to Fund 101

• General Funds, per ORC Section 5705.14(D).

1. Approve Knox Area Transit to Write-Off Outstanding Debts Owed in the amount of
   $4,951.81.
2. Authorize Thom Collier, Commissioner President, to complete the Ohio Department of
   Commerce – Division of Unclaimed Funds form on behalf of the Knox County Engineer
   (Goods and Services of $800.00).
3. Approve Knox County Treasurer DETAC Annual Report as of November 30, 2023.
4. Approve Knox County Treasurer Depository and Investment Income Report for
   November 2023, in the amount of $94,714.13.
5. Approve Knox County Sheriff – Jail Food Cost Per Meal Report for November 2023.
