3. Approve Advertisement in the Mount Vernon News for Request for Proposals for the
   Knox County Department of Job and Family Services – Opportunity Knox Roof
   Replacement and Installation.
4. Approve the Bid Award for the Knox County Transit – Bus Wrap Services to Dush
   Graphix in the amount of $136,110.00.
5. Approve the Bid Award for the Knox County Engineer – County Highway Mechanic
   Truck to Hughes Equipment in the amount of $118,150.00.
6. Approve Addendum to the State Maximum Fee and Expense Schedule for Appointed
   Counsel Reimbursement, effective February 20, 2025.
7. Approve the Knox County Convention and Visitors Bureau Annual Report for 2024,
   Marketing Strategy for 2025 and Approved Budget for 2025.
8. Approve Change Order from Jamison Well Drilling, Inc., for the CDBG Village of
   Martinsburg Water System Improvement Project – Phase II, in the amount of $4,075.75
   (increase due to additional digging, pull bar corroded/seal deterioration).
9. Approve Proposal from Burgess and Niple, Inc., for the Knox County Engineer’s Annual
   Bridge Inspections and ODOT Asset Wise Reports for 21 Bridges.
10. Approve Agreement with Bruce Harris and Associates, Inc., for the Knox County
    Auditor GIS/Website Services.
