5. Approve Real Estate Purchase Agreement between the Knox County Board of
   Commissioners and the Knox County Land Reutilization Corporation for 104 East High
   Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, Parcel #66-04622.000, in the amount of $350,000.00
   (base purchase price).
6. Approve Agreement with Autoagent Data Solutions, LLC, for the Implementation,
   Hosting and Maintenance of the Online Payment Portal Solution known as MuniciPay.
7. Approve Rental Agreement with Pitney Bowes, Inc., through the State of Ohio, Office of
   Procurement Services, for the Pitney Bowes Postage Meter Machine (60 month term of
   $875.15 monthly).
8. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 4 from Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc.,
   for Annual Resurfacing 2025, in the amount of $594,427.06.
9. Approve Utility Permit from Mercury Broadband for Nunda Road in Pike and Brown
   Townships (2.905′ of aerial fiber optic and 80′ underground fiber optic along Nunda
   Road).
