  2. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for 19021 Hopewell Road in
    Pleasant Township.
  3. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Apple Valley and Beaver
    Roads in Brown Township.
  4. Approve Agreement for Professional Services with Arcadis U.S., Inc., for the Knox
    County Water and Wastewater Well #7 Development Project in the amount of
    $35,000.00.
  5. Approve Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc., for the
    Knox County Sheriff’s Office Evidence – Redaction Assistant User Licenses in the
    amount of $27,739.92 for a period of 39 months.
  6. Approve Addendum to the Community Based Corrections Subsidy Grant Agreement
    with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction for the Knox County
    Common Pleas Court. Addendum includes an increase of $28,553 for the Community
    Corrections Act 2.0 Grant and an increase of $1,625 for the Probation Services Grant.
  7. Approve Inter Agency Contractor Agreement between Knox County Department of Job
    and Family Services and Welch Legal Services, LLC, in the amount of $96,000.00.
  8. Approve the Fixed Price Membership Agreement between The Ohio State University –
    John Glenn College of Public Affairs and the Knox County Department of Job and
    Family Services for the Management Advancement for Public Service Program (MAPS)
    Training in the amount of $3,000.00.
