2. Approve State of Ohio – Office of Community Development Request for Payment Draw
   No. 10 for Brinkhaven transferred to Martinsburg Water System Improvement Project in
   the amount of $7,400.00 (Allocation Grant #B-F-22-1BM-1).
3. Approve State of Ohio – Office of Community Development Request for Payment Draw
   No. 6 for Martinsburg Water System Improvement Project in the amount of $5,800.00
   (Critical Infrastructure Grant #B-X-23-1BM-1).
4. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Snively Road in Brown
   Township.
5. Approve Utility Permit from Ohio Cumberland Gas for Monroe Mills Road in Howard
   and Monroe Townships.
6. Approve the Zoom Communications Master Subscription Agreement for the Annual
   Renewal in the amount of $6,418.60.
7. Approve Master Services Agreement with ISSG, Inc., for the Knox County Auditor’s
   Property Taxation System Renewal Subscription in the amount of $180,000.00.
8. Approve Subrecipient Agreement between Knox County Department of Job and Family
   Services and Hope Now Furniture Bank of Knox County in the amount of $20,000.00.
9. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
   Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $2,314.00 in total, from
   KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC IV-B Part 1, Fund 3270, (CFDA 93.645, Budget Reference
   KIDCAF41/Grant KIDCCW25) to the Knox County Family and Children First Council
   (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.

10. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $771.00 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC IV-B Part 1, Fund 2320 (CFDA ST. FOS., Budget
    Reference KIDCAF41/Grant KIDSSF26) to the Knox County Family and Children First
    Council (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
11. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $19,213.00 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC IV-B Part 2, Fund 3270, (CFDA 93.556, Budget Reference
    KIDCAF42/Grant KIDCPF25) to the Knox County Family and Children First Council
    (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
12. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $6,404.00 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC IV-B Part 2, Fund 2320 (CFDA ST. FOS., Budget
    Reference KIDCAF42/Grant KIDSSF26) to the Knox County Family and Children First
    Council (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
13. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $3,600.00 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC Multi System Youth, Fund GRF (CFDA ST. FOS., Budget
    Reference KIDCAFMY/Grant KIDSSF26) to the Knox County Family and Children
    First Council (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC Programs.
14. Approve the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services, Public Assistance
    Division (“KCDJFS”) to transfer an amount not to exceed $30,750.00 in total, from
    KCDJFS fund SFY26 FCFC Operational Capacity PA, Fund GRF (CFDA ST. FOS.,
    Budget Reference KIDCAFOC/Grant KIDSSF26) to the Knox County Family and
    Children First Council (FCFC), in order for FCFC funds to be utilized for FCFC
    Programs.
