  2. Approve Participating Addendum with NASPO ValuePoint – CELLCO Partnership DBA
    Verizon Wireless for Wireless, Data, Voice and Accessories for State Agencies
    Government Pricing.
  3. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 2 from Law General Contracting,
    Inc., for Danville Amity Road Safety Improvements (KNO-CR 14-11.13 PID 115809), in
    the amount of $531,243.70.
  4. Approve the Amendment to LPA Federal Local-Let Project Agreement with the State of
    Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT), for the Knox County Engineer Pavement
    Markings (KNO-CR VAR PM FY 2026), due to increased grant funding.
  5. Approve Local Interagency Agreement Regarding the Provision of Services for Children
    with Disabilities (Birth – Age 5) Attending Early Childhood Programs with Local
    Participating Agencies.
  6. Approve Interagency Agreement between the Knox County Department of Job and
    Family Services – Family and Children First Council and the Knox County Board of
    Developmental Disabilities for the Early Intervention Service Coordination. The
    maximum total amount of the agreement is $163,026.00 and is effective from July 1,
    2025, through June 30, 2026.
