4. Approve Agreement with DLZ Ohio, Inc., for Annual Inspections of a Portion of County
   Bridges (12), in the amount of $5,880.00.
5. Approve Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 1 from Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc.,
   for Annual Resurfacing 2025, in the amount of $244,804.89.
6. Approve the Bid Award for the Knox County Engineer – OPWC Mishey Road
   Resurfacing (CR55) to Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc., in the amount of $783,191.65.
7. Approve Shared Funding Agreement for year 2026, for Pooled Local Funds for
   Community Services and Supports and Residential Placement Services from Knox
   County Department of Job and Family Services, Knox County Board of Developmental
   Disabilities, Mental Health and Recovery Board of Licking and Knox Counties, and
   Knox County Juvenile Court.
8. Approve Quote from Stericycle, Inc., for Document Destruction Services for the Knox
   County Department of Job and Family Services, in the amount of $9,396.56.
