4. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Lower Fredericktown
   Amity Road between Divelbiss and North Liberty Roads in Pike Township.
5. Approve Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Lower Fredericktown
   Amity Road starting at 18585 Lower Fredericktown Amity Road and going east for Pole
