3. Authorize Jeff Pickrell, Director of the Knox County Water and Wastewater, as a
   Signing Agent for the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab from
   Chevrolet-GMC of Mount Vernon, Ohio, for the Knox County Water and Wastewater
   Department. The vehicle purchased will be titled/registered to the Knox County
   Commissioners.
4. Authorize Jeff Pickrell, Director of the Knox County Water and Wastewater, as a
   Signing Agent for the purchase of a New Holland E50D Mini Excavator from Advantage
   Ag and Equipment, LLC, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, for the Knox County Water and
   Wastewater Department.
5. Approve the Utility Permit from Licking Rural Electrification for Gilchrist Road near
   intersection of O’Brien and Allen Roads in Monroe Township.
6. Approve Commercial Pest Management Maintenance Agreement between the Knox
   County Department of Job and Family Services and Terminix Ehrlich for the East High
   Street location.
7. Approve Commercial Pest Management Maintenance Agreement between the Knox
   County Department of Job and Family Services and Terminix Ehrlich for the
   Opportunity Knox Employment Center.
8. Approve Contractor Agreement between the Knox County Department of Job and Family
   Services and Jacob Ware for the Ohio Means Jobs Summer Youth Job Coach Position.

9. Approve Flooring Contract between Knox County Department of Job and Family
   Services Ohio Means Jobs – Opportunity Knox Employment Center and Keim Flooring,
   in the amount of $116,470.58.
10. Approve Subgrant Agreement between Ohio Department of Job and Family Services
    (ODJFS), Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) and Knox County Department of Job
    and Family Services (KCDJFS) for the sub-awards by ODJFS and ODM to KCDJFS for
    the operation of the KCDJFS Pass-Through Entities.
11. Approve Knox County Transit Federal Transit Administration Title VI Program Plan.
