  3. Authorize the Knox County Water and Wastewater Director to Dispose and/or Sell
    Obsolete Items via an online sale or trade-in.
  4. Declaring It Necessary to Renew All of a Ten-Year Levy for Tax in Excess of the Ten
    Mill Limitation for the Support of the Mental Health and Recovery for Licking and Knox
    Counties, filed in 1995 under Section 5705.221 of the Ohio Revised Code.
  5. Approve the State of Ohio – Office of Community Development – Request for Payment
    for CDBG Martinsburg Water Improvement Project – Phase II, in the amount of
    $8,656.00 (Grant #B-X-23-1BM-1).
  6. Approve Utility Permit from Ledcor Group on behalf of Brightspeed of Ohio, Inc., for
    Danville Amity Road in Union Township.
