    County Engineer’s Annual Resurfacing 2025, decrease of $1,823.46, for final adjustment
    of quantities to balance contract.
11. Approve Change Order No. 1 Final from Small’s Asphalt Paving, Inc., for the Knox
    County Engineer’s OPWC – Mishey Road Improvements (KNO-CR 55), increase of
    $48,231.24, for final adjusting change order to balance contract values.
