KCSO Deputies Recognized

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing two deputies that have been selected by their peers.

Patrol Division Deputy of the year, Sergeant David Devolld. He began his career with the
sheriff’s office 1999 and was promoted to sergeant in 2015. He currently serves as a dayshift
supervisor.

Jail Division Deputy of the year, Sergeant Jeremy Talbott. He began his career with the sheriff’s
office in 2019 and was promoted to sergeant in 2021. He currently serves as an afternoon
supervisor.
