Foundation for KCH – Giving Wednesday

Mount Vernon, OH – Mark your calendars for October 23, the Foundation for Knox Community Hospital will be holding a 24-hour giving period for donations to be made towards our Emergency Room Expansion. We have a compelling community need to improve access to healthcare. As our population continues to increase, the need for emergency medical care has also increased. Space has become a challenge.

The Growing the ER for a Growing Community campaign has a goal of raising $1 million by the end of 2025 to support this project. Construction is under way to expand and renovate the emergency department to add five new exam rooms and an additional triage room.

Anyone who donates a minimum of $500 on Giving Wednesday, October 23 will be entered into a drawing for a $100-value Smithhislers Meat Package. Up to four winners will be chosen. Your gift will also be matched through a matching fund program by the Ariel Foundation.

Giving ends on 10/23 at midnight for this special initiative. Follow the link to be entered as a Giving Wednesday Participant. https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E347241&id=61
